The client was indicted in the federal court in Chicago for racketeering (RICO) conspiracy in relation to his position as treasurer of a Chicago area municipality. Defendant was charged along with seven other defendants including the former town president and chief of police. Following a multi-month jury trial, Patrick Blegen and co-counsel secured not guilty verdicts on all charges.
