The client had been convicted of first degree murder in the Illinois State court and sentenced to forty-five years imprisonment.  After the filing of a successive post-conviction petition, we secured a reduced sentence of thirty-one years.

The client spent six years in custody after being convicted of attempt murder in the Illinois State court.  We secured an exoneration based on newly discovered evidence of the client’s innocence.
